Intentfulwork is on a mission to democratize career coaching and build AI companions for professionals' career journey. We are currently building an AI-Reflection coach for job seekers to help them uncover their strengths, skills, values and turn achievements into impactful stories, authentic resumes and better-fit job applications.

We are an early-stage startup and the product is in public beta. We are inviting Marketing interns to join us in this journey to experiment, innovate and solve real-world problems in the professional career space.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web.​
  • Create and schedule content for social media (posts, short videos, basic graphics) aligned with brand guidelines.​
  • Conduct market and competitor research and summarize findings into clear insights for the team.​
  • Help collect and organize performance data from campaigns (e.g., engagement, clicks, signups) into simple reports.​
  • Support website updates and basic SEO tasks such as keyword research and on‑page content improvements.​
  • Assist with preparing presentations, marketing collateral, and campaign briefs.​
  • Provide general support for marketing operations and administrative tasks as needed (e.g., updating CRM or content calendars).​

Required qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).​
  • Familiarity with any of these: Canva or basic design tools, email marketing platforms, social media schedulers, or analytics tools like Google Analytics.​
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts and digital channels (social, email, content, SEO).​
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.​
  • Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and presentation tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).​
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize work, and meet deadlines.​

Preferred skills (nice to have)

  • Experience creating content for social media, newsletters, blogs, or student organizations.​
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, paid social, or online advertising concepts.​
